Professor Melody Crowder-Meyer is Speaker for Women's and Gender Studies Colloquium

In this talk, Melody Crowder-Meyer will provide several explanations for American women’s continued underrepresentation in political offices from the local to the national level. She’ll highlight findings from several of her research projects examining how political party norms and resources, the political context, and election structure affect where women run for and win political offices.
